“Me and my daughter went in today to get a Cali burrito. The lady said I usually behind the counter were not there today. It was a few gentlemen. Our burrito smelled delicious but once we bit into it, it just did not taste the same then my daughter felt something chewy. I know raw meat when I see it and when I bite into it and this was raw. The guys behind the counter tried to convince us that it was a ligament. They refused to try and fix it, either by another burrito or a refund.“

I will say the presentation the service the environment was outstanding! Five stars for sure. The tortillas in my opinion needed it to be warmed up a little more because they cracked as I was folding or attempting to roll it up like I normally do. They have a salsa bar where you’re able to sprinkle additional seasoning spices onto your Menudo. I was very pleased with the beef tripe and Harmony. However it lacked flavor! The colors are amazing but it needed a lot of flavor. It was very bland. I was not expecting unflavored Menudo since it looked amazing..“

“My husband and I were craving birria and came across this place on a social media platform. After watching a couple of videos, we drove out at 930 at night. They had a few people eating and ordering, but as we stood in line, families and everyone was coming out to get some food. The service was great. Superfrieldly was very patient with the customers ahead of us asking questions and no pressure. We ordered the ramaen. Birria quesadilla and 6 tacos. Was around $50, which wasn't bad for pricing. I wish they had some combo options like a taco plate or a ramen and taco and drink option. The tacos and quesadilla were great. They put the onions and cilantro on the side since some of our family doesn't care for it. The Ramen was great, but the meat lacked some seasoning. We had so much food that we had leftovers as the tacos are full size and packed with meat. When we ate the leftovers, we realized how lean the meat was not much fat. Their salsas the green was amazing next time we will skip the red. It just had a funky flavor I wish I would have gotten more green before we brought the food home. Everything is fresh not done in a prep kitchen and then put on the truck. You can literally see and hear them chopping up the onions and cilantro. This place is so good completely changed my uncles perception of eating food from a taco truck. We will definitely be back again. Just don't be mad when you gotta wait it is worth it.

Parking: They are set up in a dirt lot in a business Plaza, and since they are open at night, there is a ton of parking as the other businesses are closed.“

“It is very unique Mexican food. My wife had the Birria tacos and they were the best she has had. I had the Sonoraita roll ( spelling may be wrong). It was very unique. It came with carrots and some crab salad on the side that I learned you put on each piece. The creamy sauce along with the hoisen sauce made for an amazing flavor combination. If you want to try something different this place is for you. I have not experienced anything like this in the Valley. It is great to see family owned restaurant blazing a new trail.“

We were taken to the table with a nice anniversary card signed by all the staff and our waitress, Taylor, should get a raise for her incredible service throughout our entire meal. She was on top of it, making sure all went well, and it did! I usually don't refer to other local restaurants, but Coppershawk, you should take lessons! It's very rare these days that both food and service are 5 starts, last night it was! “Stumbled across this gem today. Holy cow it was amazing. It's a little pricey but you are getting quality seafood. The marlin taco was great but their device tostadas are so good. Either the fish or shrimp you won't be upset. The Michelada was an amazing compliment to yhe food as well. Definitely coming back to try more, especially the shrimp cocktail and birria taco. Be careful of the hot sauce on yhe table there is a bunch of em. The culichi was amazing, had a steak sauce vibe but a nice slow burn that hung around for awhile. Paired amazing with the ceviche“
