“We were staying at the hotel while my hubby had heart surgery and ate there our first night. THE FOOD AT ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING!! The second night I made an order online but accidentally pushed the Westshore location...(I'm in Saanich) when I was pointed out my mistake the young man up front went to talk to his manager Jenn! She had my order ready so fast! No questions asked! It was very busy in there for a Wednesday night! You guys are awesome. Thankyou again! We will be back to the hotel Accent Inn and Bin 4!“

“The best breakfast/brunch sandwiches and burgers! My all-time favorite is the breakfast mushroom ciabatta combo add jalapeño —totally worth it. I could eat it every day, though I have to watch my calories 😂. The jalapeño ciabatta is also amazing, and adding mushrooms takes it to the next level. The vegetarian and chicken burgers are also delicious! There was one time when the egg was a bit dry and the hashbrowns were cold, but it's all good—stuff happens. I mentioned it nicely to the staff, and ever since then, the sandwiches have always been beyond perfection. “I've frequented here many times now and I have to say its a great little gem hidden by Coscto! Hands down the best chicken burger, they give you a full breast and always fresh!

“Best place for fresh juice! A must-have when visiting Crystal Mall. I like to get the strawberry and orange smoothie. The shaved oce is also pretty good in terms of toppings, but the ice can sometimes freeze into a big chunky block. Highly recommend!“

“Ordered the Philly Sub and was pleasantly surprised - for the price I paid, the size was adequate and the taste was pretty decent. I wish the sub had a little more sauce to it, but it wasn't necessarily dry. The bread seemed to be buttered as well, so the overall meal was very satisfactory.

The actual restaurant is pretty quaint. I enjoyed the calm decor and atmosphere it offered. Service was good too; the lady running the cash and taking orders was very polite. Unlike other sit-in restaurants I have been to, it's more akin to a fast food restaurant where you order and pay at the counter and then they deliver your food to your table. “Came here for Pirate Pak Day, which is probably peak busy day for White Spot. Had about a half hour wait before we were seated, but good thing is they have a large free parking lot.

Service was a bit slower, which is expected given how busy the place was.

Good location for family dining and usually has seating available. Definitely gets busier as more people live in the Brentwood area.“

Understandably, when we got to the White Spot, Kensington Square, there was a crowd of folk looking to get a meal. Under these circumstances, the service was as good as could be expected. Emma, our server, was a delight. She kept checking in us even though she had so many tables to manage. Christine, the AGM was brilliant! Calm, welcoming, beautiful warm smile that let us know she had everything under control and we'd be seated as soon as was possible. Jeferson (one f) the GM was dealing with everything else to ensure things went smoothly, and still had time to offer us a free dessert because our meal had been delayed.“

“My husband and I discovered Hop & Vine after enjoying the Burnaby Golf Club. We were treated exquisitely by our server and loved our lunch and drinks (beer for him and wine for me).
