“I’ve ordered from Freshii many times, mainly for the kale Caesar salad which is honestly amazing. It’s fresh, flavorful, and consistently well made. I’ve probably ordered it around 20 times because it’s that good.
I also tried the mixed berry smoothie, which I didn’t really enjoy, and the peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie, which was okay but could definitely be better. The salad is the real standout here and the main reason I keep coming back.“

“Great tasting, fresh food including salads, smoothies and bowls, conveniently located in the Quay Market, North Vancouver. Vegan friendly menu, and knowledgeable staff ready to help. My favourite is the sticky sesame rice with mango! 🥭“

“Hearing about this place sounds very interesting and I want to give this place a try. Had no idea it was already closing time and felt bad, but I really wanted a smoothie. However, I had a really great experience here. The young lady behind the counter was kind and did her best to help me even though it was past the closing time. You could tell she was in the middle of end-of-day cleanup, but she still stayed professional and made my smoothie with care.

I think people forget that workers are human beings and closing procedures are a real thing and that employees have their own lives. End-of-day rush is stressful and I don’t think it’s fair to judge someone’s whole character off one moment. The smoothie regardless was great, and I appreciated the effort and patience. I’ll definitely be back for more!“

“Hidden gem in City Square! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and there were plenty of healthy options to choose from. I loved being able to customize my salad exactly how I wanted it. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Great portions, fair prices, and everything tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Recently came here for multivitamins and royal jelly. The lady working there was so nice. She patiently answered all of my questions. Apparently they only shelf Health Canada approved products. Seems like some reviews are giving them a bad rep for not selling Korean products. The lady told me that they're not allowed to sell products that are not health canada approved (e.g: foreign products). It was good to know that they shelf products 'by the book', and their products only have natural ingredients.“

I got this Aronia Red Ginseng packs which work great for me. I had hard time waking up in the morning and suffering from tiredness. Now, I am full of energy. The owner is very nice and kind. Also, this is a good place to buy thoughtful gifts for special occasions that their products are nicely wrapped. I definitely recommend this place. “Haven’t been to Freshii in a long time and since the menu was changed I wasn’t sure exactly what I was getting but the girl working (not sure her name but she was tall) was very patient as I went through the different ingredients I wanted in my wrap. Even though it was later in the day the store was quite busy (I was with a friend, and one other walk in customer as well as two online delivery drivers came in while we were there). She handled the mini rush well and was calm cool and collected, and friendly to everyone.“

“My son and I visited Chopped Leaf Ironwood yesterday. We ordered two sandwiches: a Chicken Club and a Chipotle Chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, both sandwiches were very disappointing. The Chicken Club was missing the bacon, and the chicken in both sandwiches was cold. Overall, the quality of the food was not what we expected. When I returned to the store and showed the issue to the employee who served us, Komal, she immediately started arguing with me and insisted that the sandwiches had been made correctly. Instead of listening to my concerns, she kept referring to store policies and was quite rude in the way she spoke to both me and my son. She appeared annoyed, made facial expressions, and ignored me while I was speaking. In the middle of our conversation, she walked away and called another employee over. I asked the second employee for her name, and she told me her name was Preet. Before Preet came over to speak with us, I noticed Komal talking to her privately in the corner. Despite being on her break at the time, Preet took the time to come over and listen carefully to our concerns. She apologised sincerely to both me and my son and handled the situation professionally and respectfully. My son explained the issue to her again, and she listened patiently. She provided a solution, explained the refund policy clearly and politely, and offered us salads instead of the sandwiches. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help completely changed the experience for us.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way Komal handled the situation was unacceptable and did not reflect good customer service. On the other hand, Preet demonstrated excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the way she handled the situation, especially considering she interrupted her break to assist us.
I am very disappointed with the service we received from Komal, but I would like to sincerely thank Preet for her outstanding customer service, professionalism, and respectful attitude toward both me and my son.“

“Stopped by for a late lunch on Saturday and the harvest bowl with the teriyaki chicken hit the spot, generous portion for the price. Staff at the counter were friendly and moved the line along fast even though it got busy around 1pm. The space is bright and clean with a nice little patio area if you want to sit outside and enjoy the sun. Parking behind the building can be tight but it's always worth the wait, this is one of my go to lunch spots in New West.“
