“What an unforgettable experience! Manager Bairen or Bryan (not sure if I got the name right) was amazing. He took extra steps to take care of the customers. We’ll definitely order from this place whenever we want pizza.Here is the story, I am visiting my senior parents from San Francisco. After picking up the pizza, my parents had a harder time chewing because it’s too thin and too crispy for them. Not sure what went wrong, I called Pizza Hot. The manager explained there are 3 different kinds of crusts and what my parents had before probably was hand crafted which is between the thin and pan crust. And he offered to bake a new hand crafted crust for my senior parents so they can enjoy.Really appreciate what the manager did for us!“

“Once in awhile I would crave for pizza. I got an email from pizza hut today about their promotion. I couldn't help it but to run out to grab a pizza after seeing a photo of pizza in my email box. I picked up the Daily special ($10.99 was 9.99 in 2021): medium Supreme Lover's. The pizza came with pepperoni, mild sausage, beef topping, green pepper, sliced mushrooms, red onion and pizza mozzarella. That was a really good deal. The pizza was delicious. It was not like the best Pizza Hut I had. It was decent. I also got the The Ultimate Hershey's Chipits Cookie. It came in 8 slices. it was somewhat sweet but I do like how gooey and soft the giant cookie was. When we got it, it was still warm. There are plenty of free parking in the mall. We really enjoyed our food.“

“I had stopped having Pizza Hut for a couple of years due to declining quality. However, recently, my partner ordered their Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata Pizza, and it reignited my love for Pizza Hut. The pizza was incredibly flavorful, and the crust was perfectly done. It brought back fond childhood memories of enjoying Pizza Hut, and I'm excited to rediscover their delicious offerings.“
