“I love this location! I used the To Good To Go app there twice in a row and have had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and they were very quick in providing me with my order. They even asked whether I wanted it warmed up and the second time I even got two pizzas that otherwise would have gone to waste. It's also very easy to find parking as it's part of Highgate Shopping Mall in South Burnaby. I highly recommend this location!“

“Got takeout from Katsuya as there was a promotion on uber eats. I found the food to be packaged well and a large enough quantity for 1 person. When I called, the girl explained that the Doordash drivers were refusing to deliver it because it was a 15 min drive away (instead of 8 min). The staffer organized another driver and made a fresh pizza to deliver it. Overall it took about 3 hours total from order to arrival, but the staffer did her best to manage the situation. “Pizza Pizza is mostly an eastern Canada chain so for those unfamiliar with its style, this is how it works: ORDER FRESH, and mostly skip the slices unless you’re looking for a snack to hold you over between meals. Yes sometimes individual slices are kind of dry but you’re also spending $5 for a decent sized slice.

ORDER ONLINE IF YOU HAVE A COMPLICATED ORDER, such as HALF AND HALF (meaning you can basically have two different pizzas on the same circle of pizza. THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE, AND PLANT BASED OPTIONS. Wings are pretty good also.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE PROMOTIONS as they usually offer drinks and dips. An easy dinner for two should be under $30.

They work quickly and offer excellent value. This is a pick up and go spot, not really set up for dining inside. Customer service is friendly. I just dropped my slice and they replaced it without issue.“

ORIGINAL review: Had a really good experience tonight at this location somehow the wrong cheese was entered in to my order, but regardless the staff was so kind and generous and patient to redo the pizza with dairy free cheese, which I wanted.
