“Great experience at this Freshslice Pizza store with a staff named, Bhumi. She is excellent with customer service. I was greeted with a Great smile as soon as I entered in the store. I was just looking for 2 slices, but she told me about the Special deals going on and I ended up getting a whole Pizza for me and my family for the dinner.

“We came on a Saturday night and the place was popping. We were a table of 10 so we ordered quite a few pizzas. Our favourite was the smoked salmon one. The place was noisy but not so noisy that we couldn't hear anything

Our server was an absolute angel and made sure to check on us often even though there were lots of tables around.

Their pizza is definitely not for everyone. I would describe it as a thin cracker crust. It can get addicting. There pizzas also come with lots of toppings (which can get salty if you are getting the ones with all meat).

“This place is always very busy, and it's well justified. If you can forgive the lack of parking spaces, it is worth any walk in the rain. Today, my friend and I had their salted caramel cake and it was basically like eating a fluffly, creamy, absolutely decadent cloud. It was one of the best cakes I have ever tasted.“

“UPDATE MAY 24/2026: Went last night and did a taste test with Domino’s. Was very impressed with Pizza Pizza’s vegan cheese plant based pizza as sadly Domino’s doesn’t have that option at all. Tastes great!!! Also big shout out to the worker on a busy Sunday night who work so hard and fast. The mgt must be very pleased and blessed by this hard worker.

ORIGINAL review: Had a really good experience tonight at this location somehow the wrong cheese was entered in to my order, but regardless the staff was so kind and generous and patient to redo the pizza with dairy free cheese, which I wanted. Absolutely five star... and incredible pizza as well!!! Huge shout out to Aman..amazing!!. The ownership should be very thankful and blessed to have a worker like this!!“

“I do not like was that there was no special instructions section for orders (eg. no garlic seasoning) and that I cannot use old passwords again. This is simply pizza delivery, not banking. Also, I did not like that I cannot have the order ready less than one hour later.

“Their food tastes really delicious. Both of the pizzas we tried were really good. Their size of pizzas and price are pretty reasonable. I would recommend their paneer makhani pizza. Their cheesy garlic bread was also pretty great. They always have a lot of orders going out. They have a few seats at the restaurant but mostly seems for take out.“

“Amazing price on seconds and day-old bagels. Other reviews here don't seem to realize this is a industrial site, factory outlet. They sell the stuff that might not meet wholesale quality at massive bargain. So yeah they are sometimes not cut all the way through and yeah if you're taking pictures outside a factory people are going to assume you're some kind of city/work safe inspector and want to help you find what you need.

They also have other interesting bread-related products but I come here for the bagels. Please don't tell your friends about PBF.“
