“This is a wonderful cafe. I fell in love with the place the moment I saw their assortment of baked goods when I entered the establishment. The cafe was very busy when I came on a Tuesday afternoon, yet I still found a table for myself. I only came in for a drink and a snack, however, that was enough to make up my mind. I ordered the Spanish Latte with the Pumpkin Spiced Cream Muffin and the Cappuccino Cream Puff. The latte was potent with that espresso flavour while having that nice balance of earthy and creamy piquancy in the drink. The muffin was fresh and full of flavour, thanks to the pumpkin cream filling and the toppings. The Cappuccino Cream Puff was spectacular; everything about it was tasty from the powdered sugar on top to the light cream-filling. The aesthetic has a modern yet traditional design to its countenance with its spacious studio structure and brick wall to the antiquated decor and antiques. The service was quite good and have no complaints against. I hope the next time I come to Gratia, it will be for a full lunch, so I could try their sandwiches or brunch choices.“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. I enjoyed everything about this restaurant. The service is optimistic and professional. I like the design of the interior, despite the small venue space. I ate there for lunch and had the Lennon's French Toast. It was the best French toast I have ever had at any establishment. All of the ingredients pay compliments to each other and taste great altogether. The coffee was not just great, it was Grade-A quality. I hope to come back to Big Feast Bistro very soon when I am in Maple Ridge again.“

“This place literally came to our rescue.

We wanted to go for a little road trip.
So, we decided to head from West Vancouver all the way to Port Moody for lunch.

The original Brewery we wanted to go to was in an area that had been hi-jacked and overtaken by local folks, strollers, bikes and what seemed an endless amount of people on foot.
.......The Parade. Roads closed, traffic lights confused, and the so ever awesome bumper to bumper standstill of angry vehicles.
On this particularly hot day.

Keep in mind we had already been in traffic coming from the North Shore.
It was now 2pm.
We circled about 5 times and not a single parking space in sight, there might have been one available in Chilliwack.....moving on....

So, we decided....let's go someplace familiar, reliable, quality that will most likely deliver.
That's exactly what we got.

Little place called New Port Village.
Free parking right in front of Browns. Beautiful comfy inside and cozy sunny patio with great service.
The only thing I wanted was a cold beer and Dry Ribs I had been craving all day.

Dry Ribs and The Traditional Burger.....and they all rocked.
I love Brown's Dry Ribs. I'm used to the ones from Cactus but Brown's is slightly meatier and juicier.
The Burger was perfectly cooked. Super Fresh. Stellar put together.
Cozy little booth away from the heat, cold beer, juicy burger and a feisty irresistible Dry Ribs.
....and all of this served to us graciously by our awesome server Grace.

“This Brown’s on Glen has incredible service, Incredibly compassionate staff, and their food, especially the blackened chicken cowboy salad is like it used to be and back to phenomenal….yum… the chicken was so so tasty and tender …yummy! We were there the last week in May and while the service was slow it was still great!! The manager came by and apologized and also insisted he pay for a couple of drinks for us. Even though we insisted on paying as we simply appreciated him apologizing for the slow service. We had a great discussion about how hard it is to staff restaurants. I can’t recommend this Brown’s enough. Great place to go with two people, a small group or a large group.“

“Just popped in with friends after doing the 5k Foam Fest. It's a cute little restaurant. We had some fresh flowers on our table, and the women's washroom had fresh flowers too - cute touch. Our waitress was kind and we didn't wait too long for food. Our coffees were topped up a couple of times. Now I will say the cost of the food really doesn't match the portions and quality, in my opinion. I'm not saying it's bad, but this is definitely a place with a more pricey menu, which kind of surprised me honestly. It's not a place I'll go to often, but I could see myself coming back with friends.“

“I visited this Cobs after being sad about lack of cream in my favourite cruffins in another Cobs, and I am so glad. Super friendly lovely staff, the cruffins were full of cream and soft and crunchy at the same time, the cinnamon buns were mouth melting and sesame seed buns were soft inside and crunchy outside just right with generous amount of sesame seeds. I am so happy that this cobs really takes care of quality of their products and are generous with ingredients. Will be happily coming back, don’t think you guys could do anything better.“

“I had a great experience at Boston Pizza and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a casual place to enjoy good food with family or friends. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and it was clean, comfortable, and well organized.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Our food arrived quickly, and everything was served fresh and hot. The pizza had a perfectly baked crust with generous toppings, and the pasta was flavorful and cooked just right. We also tried an appetizer and dessert, both of which were delicious and beautifully presented.

What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The team checked in regularly without being intrusive, making us feel valued as guests. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoy, whether it's pizza, burgers, wings, salads, or pasta.

Overall, Boston Pizza delivered a fantastic dining experience with tasty food, generous portions, fair prices, and outstanding service. “The Large Deluxe Pepperoni Pizza with peppers bacon and sausage was very loaded. That part I loved. What I didn't like was the pizza lacked the greasiness normally found on pizzas. And while I would say I'm complaining about the lack of adequate sauce (I would of liked it wetter) I thank you for the amount I did get as it was very salty the sauce ( I would love for there to be a white sauce or marinara sauce option ) other than that. Worth the $40 I paid for the pizza overall. Ordered via DoorDash. But I won't order this again as I am not fond of so salty sauces.“

Oh and no salads anymore. $2 extra if you have only the fruit with it. $3.50 extra if you then add potatoes (fries). $3.50 extra for hollandaise (cuz no gravy avail.) $3.50 extra for the coffee. (seriously?) $17.45 meal becomes $30 when it's an actual fully-formed meal.“
