“The baked goods are perfect and the coffee is good. Really wanted to give a 5 star to this place. However I don't get a welcoming vibe from some of the (male) staff and honestly sometimes I feel neglected and it takes forever for someone to attend to me.“

“We went there for some milk and a bite to eat. We had the turkey cranberry sandwich with the cream of carrot soup. Both were delicious. The layout of the store is a little bit awkward due to its size but it works alright. As for the milk and cream - always great!“

But the place is so peaceful and nice white interior also the service is good ? staffs there are all nice.I really liked iced americano surprised that they make this good coffee also the cake there omg so yummy ? and not over priced. “We tried the ice-cream in Tsawwassen Mills. The ice-cream was yummy with ball like bubbles that burst in your mouth. It was too sweet for my taste and I got a mild sore throat for a couple of hours afterwards but all in all it was a nice treat after shopping for long hours on boxing day.“

“I came here for lunch with a friend the other day- who knew mall food could be so good? Treat yourself to a freshly fried delight with delectable gooey cheese. The fries were hot out of the fryer and very delicious too- it's a bit pricey, but overall we thought it was worth it!“

“As a matcha fan, Tsujiri has always been one of my top matcha stores to go to in Burnaby. However, today's visit wasn't that pleasant. I went to Tsujiri around 4pm and I was the only customer. The staff saw me but didn't say a word nor a smile and looked away, continued doing nothing. I briefly looked at the menu and was ready to order but she was fiddling with things in the kitchen (wasn't making orders or cleaning anything so I wasn't sure what she was doing..?) and I waited to see if she would eventually attend to me but I had to call out to her in the end. It seemed like she did not want to work there.Drink was good as always but I would suggest the staff to be trained more on customer service. A simple "hello" or a smile will change the whole mood. As well as being ready to take the customer's order.“
