Pizza Hut in Vancouver

“We order last minute for work dinner break. They were about to close the store. Not only they took our order, but they also wait for us to pick up after work hours.

The pizza flavor were great and prepared on time for us to pick up asap.

“Ordered online for a set time pick-up. Arrived, person was friendly place is clean. I went to pay and there was no tip option so I asked about it. I didn’t mind tipping as she was quite nice. She changed it so I could tip. She said people complain about it so they took it off as an option.“

“I ordered a pizza through the app and waited in store for it. They were very nice. I left to go to a meeting and then I saw a homeless man sitting outside 88 Supermarket so I asked him if he wanted some pizza. I explained I couldn’t give him the one in my hand as it was for a colleague, but I brought him to Pizza Hut and ordered a pizza for him. I told him I have to leave as I have a meeting but he could stay and pick up his pizza. I asked if he wanted pop and he went to grab one from the fridge. The worker was talking to their colleagues and in the end, he said that I could just pay for the pop and they would cover the pizza. I asked if that was okay and they said it was fine. That was extremely nice of them!!!! I will forever be going to this Pizza Hut shop, and I will be telling all my friends. This place is so friendly and nice - we need more people and places like you. Thank you for being so kind to people in the community!!!!!“

“Very nice staff, attentive to detail, amazingly fresh and warm food. The pizza is cheesy, fluffy and flavourful and the brownie was warm and sweet. Staff is very quick and nice and food was ready in 10 min. Loved the regards on the box. Would highly recommend ❤️“

“I applied a coupon for a Hershey’s cookie that would come with my pizza but the coupon did not go through. Showed the staff and I obviously had a valid coupon. He prepared it for me on the spot even though I was technically not supposed to receive it. Thanks for making it right 👍🏻 This is the type of customer service that makes for repeat customers.“

The people working at the location on Davie Street in Vancouver are super friendly super nice and very gracious and they have a little space for eating inside which I like because I don't like take out“
