“My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you“

“Ordered online via app, there was a mistake with order upon delivery (ordered chicken caesar salad, salad came with no chicken). I decided to submit feedback online thinking it would not amount to much. A few hours later the general manager Susanne called and left a voicemail to offer a genuine apology and a small refund back to my credit card which was an amazing gesture of customer service I did not expect at all.
