“Had two dinners at Tuscany when we were in Bowen, both outstanding. Love the 8” size pizza, had fantastic toppings and a great crust. Linguine with lemon cream also wonderful. Service top notch, friendly and informative. Highly recommend a table on the delightful patio if the weather permits. Book early, this place was fully booked on both nights we visited.“

“Food - its delicious pizza. By far my favorite on the coast. I will definitely go back here again for the food. We would probably do take out instead of dine in. After being there for quite some time with not a soul, acknowledging us or talking to us, we thought maybe we were supposed to go to a till or somewhere to place our order so we went inside to ask where we place our order. I think they thought maybe I was being impatient by asking where I place my order when I was just asking for guidance because the guy just gruffly said go to your table someone will take your order. I was thinking maybe he was busy so I just brushed it off. Then the waiter that came was rude/impatient with us while ordering because we asked one question about if we could still get something off their online menu because the inside restaurant menu didnt have it on it. He was snappy and impatient with his response too. Only gave 4 stars because service is not the greatest. When going here just be prepared for it. The pizza is good which is why we will be back but we will expect poor / slow service especially since a lot of reviews mention this already.“

“This was our first time here. We chose it because we had to have a meeting and this was a central location with some coming from the Sunshine Coast. I normally am not a fan of pizza, once a year is good enough for me. However, that has now changed. This pizza was so fresh and tasted amazing, especially the crust! I asked for light sauce and the amount was perfect. The owner was very accommodating, some wanted coffee which they don't serve, but he allowed us to pop down the block and grab one from Starbucks and bring it back to have with our meal. The regulars were super friendly and at lunchtime was pretty busy with a lot of workers coming in for lunch. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!“

“This Fresh Slice location in Vancouver is one of the best! The pizzas are always freshly made with the perfect amount of ingredients. I tried the beef and butter chicken pizzas, and they simply melt in your mouth—absolutely fantastic! Unlike some other Fresh Slice locations where I’ve had stale pizzas, this one never disappoints. The assistant manager, Jannat, is incredibly kind and provided excellent service. She made my pizzas to perfection, and they were deliciously delightful!“

“Around 6pm today, I stopped by and got 3 large pizzas. Despite being in the middle of a busy rush, the pizza maker stopped what he was doing and took great care of me. The pizzas truly tasted like authentic Italian pizza, some of the best in Vancouver.“

“Been at all their locations, sometimes as part of a 10-person foodie group, trying to "test" this chain versus the "cannot be beaten" Fire Pizza before the owners became absentees. Generally, Uncle's pizza has better ingredients than others, e.g. Freshslice which is just about on every other block. The one on Broadway has consistently better ingredients. Other locations vary in ingredients. The Uncle's at Richmond skytrain has no nearby parking on a strip mall, but it had the best Qi according to a digital fengshui e-compass. This location is popular with Asian clientele despite the Asian eateries next door. The staff in Richmond is very hospitable and the layout is Feng Shui positive. Good job!“

“We stopped by to get some pizza and the atmosphere and food was great. The bread is made fresh everyday and made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. Very little grease used as well keeping the pizza very light. It’s a great feeling when you aren’t sunken in your seat from greasy food after eating. Omid was also very passionate about the process of how the pizza and bread is made while explaining it to us. We also had one of the sandwiches and the boba was also great as well. Overall great experience and would 100% recommend and come again.“

Location is very comfortable and spacious by the fireplace. Not much arugula on the pizza. Drink options are also very limited. Open on weekends, I enjoyed.
