“We were recommended this restaurant by someone who lives in Victoria- who said this was their favorite restaurant. We decided if a local recommends it we had better try it, however we forgot to make reservations and found ourselves in a predicament. We ended up going on our last night in town (a Friday) and hoping to get in at the first come first serve bar which has 10 seats. Unfortunately the bar was full when we got there at 5:45 but we were able to put our name on the wait list for a party of 4. The rest of the restaurant was all folks who had made prior reservations, which are available up to 30 days in advance.
I’m so thrilled to report we were able to secure bar seating for 4 around 6:20 and we were definitely not disappointed. The server Eric and bar tender Barry were both great and made our experience enjoyable socially, and the food was incredible. Definitely fine flavors and unique options that you don’t really see other places. They have an extensive wine list and some fun cocktails as well as beer options and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. We got the AGLIO ARROSTO e GORGONZOLA as a starter which all four of us thoroughly enjoyed. We also ordered the MELANZANE al FORNO and the SPAGHETTI al FUOCO both of which were exquisite. The flavors in both dishes sparkled and I can’t wait to go back and eat there again the next time I’m in Victoria. If you’re looking to go I definitely recommend reservations if you want to ensure you get a spot.“

“Had a family celebration here this week & what a fabulous evening! Everything was great, from the atmosphere, the food, the service to the OMG dessert. The tiramisu was sooo delicious, as was the passion fruit panna cotta. Such an enjoyable experience made even better by our top notch server Marcus, whose exemplary service, recommendations & friendly attitude just put the entire evening over the top!“

“This place was such a surprise! It was a "under promise, over deliver" type sceneo. We have been living in the neighborhood for a year before we checked out this place...and wow! Do we ever wish we came sooner. Doesn't look like much from the outside ( parking lot is a bit of a mess, doesn't really look like anyone is in there when we drive pass, etc) but wow! Calamari was crispy, crunchy, cooked to perfection serves w some authentic tzatziki and our Meat Lover's pizza was super old world euro legit! Gave me pan pizza Chicago style pizza but not greasy like Pizza Hut (which I like, btw ?). Our server, Matea, was also awesome! If you live in the neighborhood or just visiting, give this place a try! You might be pleasantly surprised!“

“We love everything about this Romeo's location. The food is just excellent, friendly service, and you feel like you really got your money's worth.

I always order the spinach pizza, which is delicious, but honestly, I've never had a bad meal at Romeo's.

It's a comfortable place with plenty of seating, almost all booths, which I like, and is in the (outdoor) shopping mall. It is bright and comfortable and excellent value for your money.

“Ordered online via app, there was a mistake with order upon delivery (ordered chicken caesar salad, salad came with no chicken). I decided to submit feedback online thinking it would not amount to much. A few hours later the general manager Susanne called and left a voicemail to offer a genuine apology and a small refund back to my credit card which was an amazing gesture of customer service I did not expect at all. Thank you so much to Susanne, who is single handedly keeping alive the lost art of customer service and retention.“

“My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you“

“I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut! The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot, just the way I like it. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and everything tasted incredible.

What stood out even more was the exceptional service from the team. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. From taking our order with a smile to checking in to make sure everything was perfect, their effort did not go unnoticed.
