I was dining in with my children and they needed to wash their hands before they ate. There was a large cardboard cutout in front of the bathroom so I asked if we could use it and staff said no. I'm sure according to the Food Premises Regulation that you must provide washroom facilities. They told us to use hand sanitizer. Only after pressing did they allow us to use the washroom but only to wash hands.

I Went to your DQ today and saw a sigh advertising 6 dollars off any two boxes of novelties so when I picked out two boxes of peanut buster bars you did not honor it. I think this is missleading ad and should have been honored. I bring in a group of seniors there for dessert sometimes after Cockney Kings maybe I should reconsider a new spot for a treat.
