“We had a great experience here at Cocknet Kings. We had the pleasure of being served by 'Kat with the Hat' - a great hostess. We ordered the Signature Soup - a nice start to the food. We ordered a combo dinner of Snapper & Haddock - the snapper fish was really soft and delicious. The haddock another specialty treat. Both were served with coleslaw salad, Roll & butter and chips (French fries) which was really tasty

We further ordered their homemade lemonade which was a nice refreshing drink after the food. Really reasonable prices for the meal with great customer service. We highly recommend this amazing restaurant with their warm staff.“

“Best Ling Cod and Chips i have had in a long time. Very crisp tempura like batter, not greasy. Large thick portions of very fresh Ling Cod that melted in your mouth. Fries were also very good. The only thing that would make this place better is being on the waters edge, not a parking lot. But it certainly won't stop me from going back. Two thumbs up!“

“Pretty good central location with a nice relax atmosphere. The food, especially their Crab and Shrimp banquette was really soft, buttery, and extra tasty, it's pricey but good food isn't cheap. The crowd was nice and the place offers wifi as well. It's a great place for a nice treat and meal!“

“Great little fish and chips shop on Hastings St near Nanaimo St. Looks like a diner. The fish and chips were crispy with a light golden batter and the fries and tartar sauce were great. Staff were friendly and responsive and the vibe was very community like. Prices were reasonable for very good quality food.“

“This is by far the best fish and chips restaurant I’ve tried! We went on a weekday afternoon so we were able to get our order really quickly and had no problem finding a table.
