“We visited again from Sask and did not disappoint! Amazing! Well worth the wait in line! I had the tuna on salad! And my husband had the halibut fish and chips with a side of the chowder. The chowder was his favourite. Still taking about it. The staff were also fantastic. Friendly and very efficient! For the amount of people served and the small space we were amazed at how spotless the kitchen was. Highly recommend a visit here!!“

“Oldie but goodie place that offers simple western food and chinese food. We went here for Chinese food and it didn't fail. We're asian and we're happy that they have the needed condiments on the table. I asked for the chili and she happily provided. We went at 11:45am and all tables were occupied for lunch. Servings were big at a lesser price. Worth the walk from Tillicum Centre.

“If you want good fish n chips, bruh....this is the place! Easily best batter in town, and if you want a better batter, you won't be bitter if you eat at Salty's. Anyways, the food speaks for itself. Gave 4 stars for atmosphere because the wall color didn't exactly match my shirt for a more effective disguise. Other than that, highly reccommend!“

“My mom and I went here today for lunch and I'm so glad we did. The server was lovely! Very personable and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and it was delicious! I had the grilled chicken clubhouse. The focaccia bread it came on was so soft and yummy! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want good quality comfort food served with a smile. I'll definitely be back!“

“Hotel restaurants can be predictable and easy to overlook. But you should definitely try Fire + Water when you’re in Victoria. The service is warm and friendly. My wife and I dropped in for breakfast and were delighted with the crab cakes Benedict. It’s an attractive contemporary room with great people watching potential from a window seat.“
