Mickey was a fantastic server!! Kind, efficient, very courteous, and you can truly feel the positive energy rolling off of her.
Hotel restaurants can be predictable and easy to overlook. But you should definitely try Fire + Water when you’re in Victoria. The service is warm and friendly. My wife and I dropped in for breakfast and were delighted with the crab cakes Benedict. It’s an attractive contemporary room with great people watching potential from a window seat.
