“I placed an order at the Metrotown Burnaby location for a work event. There was a problem with placing an order on the website. I called the store directly and spoke with a representative. I wish I got her name. The girl was extremely professional and helpful! I was so worried that the order wasn't going to be ready on time. It was for a manager's meeting. The lovely lady put me at ease and ensured me that everything would be ready. She was so calm and patient. She even followed up with me. The food was well packed, everything was still hot when it arrived. All the items were super delicious. They cut the meat like I asked. They provided all the cutlery and condiments. The staff was very impressed. I am so grateful for that representative and manager 🙏🏽“
