“I used to recommend Nando’s South Surrey to my neighbours, but we ordered some chicken tonight and were so disappointed as the chicken was over cooked and super dry (seemed as the chicken has been sitting forever) to the point that some pieces were inedible. I’m not sure if the owners changed or the cooks, but it definitely isn’t what it used to be. It’s a shame really, because you lost a customer.“

“I had a really great experience at Nando’s, and I want to give special recognition to one of the supervisors. She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly organized, even during busy times.
Her name is Kristy
What stands out most is how she treats both customers and staff—with respect, patience, and a positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that customers feel welcome and taken care of.
Honestly, her leadership and work ethic are at a manager level. She truly deserves recognition and I hope the company considers her for a management position.

Communication was on point throughout, ordering was efficient, the delivery was ahead of schedule (but not too early!), and most importantly - everything tasted great and my whole team loved it!“
