“We grabbed a quick lunch at Habitat’s cafe & they didn’t disappoint!
The food came very quickly, really tasty! Not very authentic pad thai or coconut curry but surely tasty & the ingredients feel super fresh! Lots of vegetarian options. It was a nice surprise to have a great cafe in a university campus! ❤️“

“I have been twice to the Hot Dog Guys and cannot wait to go again. Awesome choices and the best veggie dog I have ever tasted. So many toppings and the bun and hot dog were fresh and so tasty. These guys are so welcoming and it is delightful to have great service with a smile as they deliver top food. Yummy! Will go back soon. Top food for Victoria and area! Try it you will be hooked!“

“A Drunken CPA I know went yesterday for dinner. Service (Michael) was fantastic. They were absolutely slammed. He said they do 400-450 people a night in the summer. You didn’t feel it though. No rushing you. Pacing was great for date night. Really good wine list to boot.

Highly recommend it for anyone who hasn’t gone.

“We were there for dinner and had chicken lababdar and lamb vindaloo with some heat, along with rice and garlic naan. Both meals were delicious and had a good amout of heat (both milder and hotter options were available). The service was attentive and very friendly with our server taking time to discuss options. Staff (owner?) and our server both asked how our food was. All in all it was an excellent and pleasant meal. I will definitely go back.“

“My husband and I absolutely enjoyed this beautiful garden. The views from our tea experience were lovely. We got to see part of the rose garden as well as the Italian garden and the water. The location is absolutely beautiful. We thought the tea was a very good value. The sandwiches were delicious. The desserts were phenomenal. The service was also pretty good. We had tea at the Empress Hotel later on that evening and this tea experience was a pretty comparable experience. “

“Lovely little vegan cafe, within walking distance from downtown Victoria and the harbourfront. They have a variety of pastries and desserts, as well as an extensive breakfast and lunch menu. I enjoyed their honey mustard chicken burger - the "chicken" patty (which I believe was seitan-based) was hearty and filling and lathered in honey mustard sauce, and the side Caesar salad was a perfect pairing (for no surcharge). Their matcha latte was quite good too. There's a small outdoor patio facing a quiet street.“

“Benjamin’s Cafe is one of the best places for Filipino food. We ordered the bulalo platter, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and comforting. She was an absolute wonderful server, she was personable, funny and very knowledgable and helpful with the menu. She made our visit one of our favorite memories from our vacation. “After golfing we usually stop at this place as it is on our route has lots of parking spots. Depends on the weather if it isn't hot outside we order coffees and baked goods. If it is hot outside we grab bottles of cold drinks and still find a few options on what baked goods would go well with our cold drinks.“

No other cafe can even compare for me now because it is the world’s best london fog. There are also so many delicious food options. First time there for a special day, we sat at the bar and watched the food being prepared. And oh how incredible that food was! They had a whole pig so much of it was pork based. The carrots, so special, incredible. We had a incredible soup with pig feet and So many more dishes that we sadly gave up!! So here we are eating the last course we brought back cold a day later and it is still so incredibly delicious. The flavors are fun and new while being nostalgic somehow? Im not a foodie idk! Aside from the food, the people working were awesome! Felt welcomed from the moment we opened the door to the moment we rolled out. The curated Playlist only added to the experience of the night and to each incredible bite.

We will absolutely be back for our next anniversary, too bad it is a year away. Eek!“
