“Copa has a variety of competently prepared Hong Kong-style cafe classics, ranging from Chinese stir fries to steak and pasta. Serving sizes are fairly big, especially for the 2 meat combos. The A+B Breakfast combo is a good deal too.
One suggestion would be that they could have more smaller options so that there can be more flexibility when ordering.“

The roasted pork was perfectly crispy and rich of moist(I don’t understand for those who said it’s dry lol, it’s juicy). I recommend wontons(only when they’re in the soup).
Talking about flavors, honestly, I expected to get more flavorful taste from the pork and noodle(good thing they have condiment aside on the table)…but the warm soup was so comforting.
The waiters are all Chinese and some are pretty old, I gotta hold a bit of my patience tho😌
Btw, this is what I ordered: Roasted pork on top of the noodles&wontons with the soup aside(22$)“

“I visited this restaurant on April 29th, 2026 at lunchtime. It was busy, but a staff member found a small table for me. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, and it tasted really good. I couldn’t finish it, so I brought the rest home. Great service, and definitely senior‑friendly. I’m very satisfied.“

“This is our go-to restaurant whenever we don’t know where to go, we know the food here will always satisfy our cravings! I highly recommend the clay pot rice, it’s a must have! The rice is crispy on the outside and so flavourful with their customized sauce and meats! Just make sure to order it right away since it takes about 30 minutes to make.“

“Friendly family run breakfast noodle shop located in the food court attached to T&T in Surrey.
The prices here are very decent and the front counter team is very friendly. They usually have a decent sized line of people - so be prepared to wait a little bit.
It’s good to satisfy a morning noodle craving.“

“LOVE the food and the service. Been going there for years. Big portions, great prices.
*edit* I’ve always had great service there, until yesterday. We had finished eating and I went to pay “the waitress looks at me after I paid and said ‘no tip?’ To which I replied “no, you didn’t even come and check if the food was good or if we needed a drink or anything” to which she then went on complaining to her co workers about me not tipping, in their language btw.“

“Best authentic Chinese food in Langley with great pricing. If you are looking for the sweet and sour fusion nonsense it won’t be this place.
Brought many clients and friends over here since 2019 and no one left disappointed. New servers are attentive and hard working as well, which you don’t see anymore in many places. Highly recommend to anyone who wants good food“
