“Love the food“

“It was my first time here today. The food was actually really good, along with the service. But I was NOT impressed with the atmosphere and arrangements of the customers.

Firstly , we had to line up online for around an hour. Then, when we arrived at the restaurant and paid for our food, we were told to wait for our seat. Wow, I was so confused because we got a message that the seat was ready before we arrived, but we were told that it was not ready and not sure the waiting time. After we waited for around 15-20 minutes, we saw some people who just came got their seats first so my mom and I told the manager we came first, we were very angry because the restaurant clearly did NOT let people sit down based on a certain order. At last, the manager told us we could sit at a table for waiting and find us another table afterwards, but I was like...hey we already have our drinks and foods done so that's gonna take even longer. But thankfully at the end, the manager had a quick response and told us that we could sit at the same spot with another table connected to it. Im grateful that the staff were nice with good service, and the food was delicious. But I just think that the arrangement in the future could be better. We don't mind to wait for the seat, but should have a better system to know who come first and avoid any problems to customers.

“Had one of those meals that made you leave feeling happy and satisfied. Came on a Saturday night and the place filled up quickly and the K-pop music made the space lively (our 2.5y/o daughter kept dancing the whole night). Food wait was around 30 minutes, but when it came, everything came! The spicy beef intestine hot pot was awesome if you like organs, very well-seasoned. Everyone loved the seafood pancake, which was very crispy and had a loads of filling. Japchae portion was huge and very tasty. My favorite was the bossom and jokbal (braised pork hock) dish! Super tender, gelatinous and flavorful, highly recommend. The kettle Vanmak makgeoli helped us wash down all that food, which we had to pack half of it to go. Great meal and value, will definitely return!“
