I come to Wendy’s because normally nothing else around compares but this morning was atrocious. Coming from a previous food service worker, having no one come greet us up at the front for almost 10 minutes is not only horrible customer service but also a huge safety issue. We waited and waited thinking drive thru was taking a while, I looked and it was empty. I boldly coughed, shook my keys, said a hello, even went up to the counter to see if I could see someone, no response....read full review

The soda pop fountain has many drink options, though the tower sometimes doesn’t work or runs out of ice or pop. Overall, Wendy's provides a clean environment, hot and tasty food, and polite service for a satisfying dining experience.
