KFC offers great service, with professional staff at the counter. Food is cooked well, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Customers have praised staff members like Prabhjot, Simar, and Simran for their consistent and helpful service. Yuvraj at the drive-through was recognized for going out of his way to fix an order mistake with a friendly attitude, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism. Simar was also noted for being polite, helpful, and efficient during online pickup orders, making the process quick and easy, especially for customers in a rush. Despite some concerns about the cleanliness of counters near drinks, the restaurant is considered better than some other locations, and the staff's efforts to handle difficulties are commendable. Customers are eagerly awaiting updates from management about the restaurant's reopening, as many are craving KFC and hope for better communication.
