This is our GO-TO Chinese food place, the food is incredible and has to be the best spot in all of south delta. When we are craving Chinese food, it’s always going to be Ocean Palace!
My favourite Chinese food in South Delta! So many great dishes I absolutely love it here.
Great food, cozy and warm atmosphere with simple and homey decoration. The seafoods in butter sauce is rich and creamy but not overly fatty. The salt & chili squid is well-seasoned and is very crispy. The sweet & sour pork is also well-seasoned and soft. The staff were friendly and hospitable , even when it got a bit busy during our visit.

Ocean Palace Chinese Seafood Restaurant offers a satisfying dining experience with consistently fresh and tasty food that is not greasy, making it a popular choice for Chinese cuisine. The restaurant provides both dine-in and takeout options, and customers appreciate the quality of the food and attentive service. They have a large menu with vegetarian/vegan options. Vegetable egg rolls were fresh and nicely crisped. Complementary jasmine tea was hot and tasty. Portions are very large. Service was very good. They do have some large tables that could seat a larger family. Free parking is available next to and in front of the restaurant. Food is always great here. The beef and broccoli, chicken in black bran sauce, chicken fried rice and prawns in spicy salt are favourites. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, with white cloth table cloths that looked new. The party for four and sweet and sour beef were very very good, all came hot. The party for four consisted of 4 egg rolls that were done perfectly and hot, prawns with hot vegetables, lemon chicken, special chow mein and special fried rice. Service was a bit slow, and in traditional style, the food came dish by dish as it was cooked up in the kitchen. It is the next best thing for Chinese food south of the river.
