McDonald's in Duncan

“Ordered a medium Orange Guava Smoothie and they ran out of product in the machine. Staff asked me if I wanted to cancel the order or wait a few minutes to reload the machine. I chose the later and a few minutes later they had my smoothie with a free upgrade to a larger size. Now that’s service! Kudos to the staff at the McDonald’s in the Duncan Walmart.“

“I went through the drive through today and was served by a lovely woman named Brittania I believe. She was so friendly and sweet in her interaction, it’s so rare to get exceptional service these days and she provides exactly that. I hope she is recognized for the level of service she provides!“
