A&W continues to surprise me with its food and welcome space. I love that I can eat healthy food, access Wi-Fi and get some work done quietly. I'm grateful that A&W now has decaf coffee and a vegetarian burger.
I had an amazing experience at the A&W Gibson location in Saskatoon. I want to give a special thank you to the supervisor, Mohammad.
It was around 10:00 p.m., and despite it being late, Mohammad welcomed everyone with a genuine smile, a positive attitude, and exceptional professionalism. He was kind, patient, respectful, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to see someone provide such outstanding customer service at the end of a long shift.

Always good. Reliable, pretty good food. The fries are never well seasoned but everything else is always good quality.

A&W Canada offers a generally good experience, especially with improved service. Vegetarian options include Beyond patties in burgers, but note that the poutine is not vegetarian. However, a negative experience was reported at one location, with dismissive service and undercooked onion rings. Despite mixed reviews, A&W Canada provides quality food and convenience.
