“First time visiting The Cutting Board. I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere and that they are strictly Gluten free! Haven’t eaten out anywhere in a long time as a celiac. All the treats looked delicious in the cabinet and let me tell you the food coming from the kitchen looked absolutely yummy! Didn’t know they served breakfast and lunch. Will be back for sure. “The food was delicious, service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was quiet, clean, and well lit.
I had the shredded chicken pho which was very rich with plenty of chicken and noodles. My husband had the rare beef with beef balls which he said was excellent and we shared the spring rolls which were warm and crispy.
We will definitely stop here again instead of a fast food place whenever we need to drive through Kamloops!“

“I love coming here with fmaily , staff is very respectful and the atmosphere is really nice. I find mornings are really busy, especially when it's school time. Parking is usually busy and kinda hard to park for some people. The seating area is nice and has enough space.

They are all French speaking people that works there and so they should to keep it authentic. Our first course is the seared Fois Gra. Needless to say it was done to perfection.
