“First time visiting The Cutting Board. I was extremely impressed with the atmosphere and that they are strictly Gluten free! Haven’t eaten out anywhere in a long time as a celiac. All the treats looked delicious in the cabinet and let me tell you the food coming from the kitchen looked absolutely yummy! Didn’t know they served breakfast and lunch. Will be back for sure. Haven’t been in here in a long time and this place is a timeless classic of Kamloops, not to mention the food was delicious. Had a banh mi better known as vietnemese sub. it was fresh and delicious. It was later in the day, 4:30 but I got a raspberry filled donut and banana cream donut and they were both fresh and really tasty. had a vietnemese coffee to go with. perfection. thank you guys and i will be supporting your local business more from now on.“

“I am a truck driver, and Tim Hortons makes my ride perfect, but sometimes, at rare locations, staff do not speak polite, but at this location, all staff members are very polite they all are treat very well and served a food very respectfully. They are all French speaking people that works there and so they should to keep it authentic. Our first course is the seared Fois Gra. Needless to say it was done to perfection.
