“Our first visit, and as others have said, finally some real Chinese food in Kelowna. We had the Dinner for 6 and it was excellent, with the dishes being served on a staggered basis so that we could enjoy them fresh. The portions are very generous and we will be having the leftovers for dinner at home tonight. Another time we will go with Chinese friends as there are specialty dishes that sound delicious, but some guidance will be helpful.“

“Don’t pay attention to the negative comments, this place is a must try. The food is full of flavor, great quality, generous portions, and very reasonable for the price. I ordered the combo for one, and the owner was kind enough to let me swap in items not on the set menu. I went with the ginger beef, fried rice, and cashew gai ding, everything was so good. Was plenty leftover to take home. Highly recommended!“

“New owner is very kind, and of course the food was excellent. The wonton soup is the best! Normally I don't eat BBQ pork in the soup, but I tried BBQ pork today; actually, it was tender and fresh, and there were lots of veggies. Mostly, the staff were very nice and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for your smiles! I will try duck next time. Salt and pepper squad and tofu hot pot recommended.“

“This is the best Chinese I’ve had in a very long time. It was actual meat, delicious flavours and good portions. We got chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, beef with broccoli, ginger chicken and honey garlic pork. Everything was delicious. (Sorry I didn’t take pictures I was very hungry and just dug in straight away). Not only was the food really good but I had added up how much it was supposed to be before hand and it was $79 before tax but when I got there to pay and pick up he gave me a discount for paying with cash so I only paid $74! I think that’s personally a great deal considering this fed two people and for atleast 2 days cause we got hella leftovers. I def recommend going here for Chinese. Some of the best (if not the best) Chinese food I’ve had in Kelowna. (All of the food was yummy but honey garlic pork was my favourite)“

“We ate at the buffet ion Mekong yesterday. Food was excellent and the service was so good. The price was certainly fair. Wonderful prawns, shrimp, rice, mushrooms, chicken, sauces, soups, etc. We will be going back there again soon.“

“We love this place! We have ordered many times from here more often than not the food is fantastic and the ginger beef is the best, a few times we have ordered and have had good not great food. But all in all a great place with great service.“

“This was the first time my family ate here and we were very happy. The food was excellent, both fresh and flavorful! Had a chance to speak with the owners son and we were both from Edmonton and had a chance to talk places we enjoyed there.

“Honestly, the service on the phone was quiet and average. The place on the inside looked pretty run down and my expectations were not high, but wow! This was some of the best Chinese food I've had in this town for years. It taste hot and fresh. Good flavor on the ginger beef, deep fried items were the perfect golden brown with what seemed like clean oil. In terms of food and my personal experience today it was delicious and I would highly recommend.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of food provided with my order.
The photo is of my wonton soup (small) which was delicious and huge. I also ordered the combo E meal which again was very good ... one star deleted from rating because the beef in the combo meal was very "stringy", otherwise great value for money. Will definitely be back.“

“I am from out of town, so had no idea what to expect. Food pickup was for 4:30 and that’s exactly when it was ready. It was a large order and the gentleman who brought it to me insisted in carrying it out to my car. When I got to my friends home, the food was hot and fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meal.“
