“The staff at this A&W are always so lovely to order from. Yesterday, I stopped at this branch and overheard someone higher up at A&W speaking to a staff member there in a demeaning and cruel manner. I’ve never heard someone in a position of power speak so poorly to an employee before.
Whoever this older man with a South African accent is, I need to be clear that your behaviour is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I hope that you read this review and take it as an opportunity to grow. As for the staff who was spoken to that way, I hope you know that you do not deserve that treatment. That was not okay and I see you. Respect is always necessary in any workplace/anywhere.

“An amazing dining experience that was also gluten free.
Zari my server is absolutely top notch- I had to stop and write a review in the middle of my meal. It is very rare to get exceptional service anymore, and she nailed it on every aspect, not only for myself but with other high needs tables around me. To top it off she made an INCREDIBLE margarita.
I am always grateful to have a pub that offers gluten free food and good gluten free BEER (very uncommon) with fantastic service. I will definitely be back.
