Tuesday, 22July. Ladysmith, BC, Canada. 12:45 pm. I haven’t been to a kfc for several years. I looked forward to a kfc lunch. I used the drive through service. Long wait and less than friendly greeting. No $ total, just, “drive through”. I suspect that there was one employee in the service area. Great sandwich, albeit spicy when I had ordered regular. Warm diet Coca-Cola. Ok fries, just too salty. No eye contact, no smile, a quick thank you. Also no napkins. If this employee...

New management, and food is now excellent. KFC is back!
Edit: yesterday the fries were missing from our order, so reduced to 4 stars. Food still excellent. Next time I'll carefully check inside the box to make sure it's all there.
Also, a tip: use the KFC app to get the best deals. Much cheaper than doordash.

Best KFC I’ve had in a decade. Chicken was tender and moist. Service at the drive thru was much quicker than I’ve become accustomed to at other KFC’s
