“Fatburger never disappoints. The food was cooked to perfection, and so fresh to my order, juicy and crunch (chicken sandwich). The server Arsh was excellent in explaining the menu, serving the food, and asking how everything was. I would rather spend a couple dollors more and come to fatburger for the quality food and service than going to a cheap quality fast food that serves old dry food.“

The only other thing I would say is the point system really doesn’t work well at all, The point system is frustrating for the staff and for the customer. And the staff doesn’t always have time to clean the tables as they get so busy so it can get a little dirty in here sometimes, but they do their best“

But I sat at the side counter waiting for takeout for my granddaughters with an insulated lunch bag to transport it sitting on the counter in front of me…when I got home I noticed a 25 cent bag fee. I was not asked if I wanted to buy a bag, I would have said no as I obviously had one.
When did this fee start? Are customers not asked about it? What does the bag cost? Just a few questions I have.“

She got me the Lamb with everything. It was really good! Lots of meat, it was very flavorful. The veggies were fresh. And the pita held together well!“

“This chicken place is a Hole in the Wall Hidden Gem tucked away in Langley.

Ordered the Original 4 Piece with fries & gravy. Came to 16 dollars.
Chicken was made to order fresh. Was tender & juicy with the right seasonings. Thigh was big too. Fries were okay but improved with gravy.

They have Wings brand chili sauce here, which is much better hot sauce compared to what other chicken places use.

Place could have a countryside artwork to provide better atmosphere.

There was an issue with the online system, as it was not reflecting the design number we had chosen from the in store book, and we also couldn’t place the order in store as I didn’t have a printed picture with me. However, the employees were so creative and helpful that they helped me place the order online and make changes and add design in store. I felt overwhelmed in the moment as I really wanted the cake design we had chosen as I had my heart set on it. The employees decided to help me place the order online, put the design number in the comments and confirm the order. A fairly simple solution yes, but it was the collaboration of effort that I really appreciated.
