The mall was crowded and busy the line up at Orange Julius was long , however the staff were very quick , friendly, professional to process my order and others in the line up . Sometimes you think your order is going to take forever to process , but not at Orange Julius they do try to accommodate your order quickly“

There was an issue with the online system, as it was not reflecting the design number we had chosen from the in store book, and we also couldn’t place the order in store as I didn’t have a printed picture with me. However, the employees were so creative and helpful that they helped me place the order online and make changes and add design in store. I felt overwhelmed in the moment as I really wanted the cake design we had chosen as I had my heart set on it. The employees decided to help me place the order online, put the design number in the comments and confirm the order. A fairly simple solution yes, but it was the collaboration of effort that I really appreciated. Thank you to the employees at this location for all your hard work and effort and am absolutely beautiful cake.“
