McDonald's in Langley

“I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Anmol and Shyna during the night shift at McDonald’s. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Even though it was late, they greeted me with a smile, handled the order quickly, and made sure everything was accurate. Their positive attitude and customer-focused approach made the experience pleasant. McDonald’s is lucky to have such hardworking and dedicated team members. Great job Shyna and anmol!“

“As a tourist of BC, I was charging my rental next door at KIA and decided to pop in for some breakfast just for something quick and easy. Ordered and food was out within 2 minutes. Food was hot and fresh. I was very satisfied with this McDonald's vs my experiences lately with not so far food. Sat down to eat, everything appeared clean, and it was nice to see a play place for kids.

Parking: Free parking lots with ample parking. 5 courier/mobile order pick up spots right in front of the door.

Kid-friendliness: Extra kid friendly vs other McDonald's as they have a play place

Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible by wheelchair with plenty of maneuverability inside.

Handicap stalls in the washroom also.“

“I usually go during the night/graveyard shift through the drive thru and find the staff to be really nice. It's not as stressful if i need a second to decide if i haven't already. It is a bit seedy nearby but it's probably from it being the only thing open 24 hours aside from a couple other places there.
Sprite is always crispy. Fries always hot and salty. Nuggets almost always perfect, I have gotten a couple dry ones but that's fast food.
Tried the new Mt Mcdonaldland shake. Not for me as it tastes like raspberry fluoride toothpaste but i know some people will like it. Still nice and cold and that classic Ice Cream. I'll stick with the chocolate shake.

“The nice Punjabi Person gave me a quick coffee and a fast smile, that's hard to do first thing in the morning! I appreciate the Hustle that (some employees take) i.e never had a bad experience with a Filipino or Punjabi employee at any business. They know the meaning of Hard work and customer service. P.s. everyone else is great .

“The radio was playing and it was terribly statically you could barely hear the music when I asked the worker to either tune in the music 🎶 or just shut it off.they replied saying that they weren't allowed to shut it off and couldn't get it to come in any better I felt like I was being chumped and they were being a smart ass so we left“

“Their drive-thru is under construction but you can still go inside the restaurant. I was skeptical at first, seeing a full parking lot but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my food (fish fillet always turns up lopsided) this fish fillet was on point!

Was in and out in like 5 min, I kid you not. Those workers are working tirelessly and yet still wonderful customer service as well as efficient.
