McDonald's in Langley

“I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Anmol and Shyna during the night shift at McDonald’s. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Even though it was late, they greeted me with a smile, handled the order quickly, and made sure everything was accurate. Their positive attitude and customer-focused approach made the experience pleasant. McDonald’s is lucky to have such hardworking and dedicated team members. Great job Shyna and anmol!“

“The staff is always amazing, when staff makes a point of remembering your name you know the people care! Great location for our family! The ONLY problem is their landlord is the Super Save group ,the Same people who helped with the culling of The ostriches. A Canadian disgrace, Super Save Group should reconsider how they make their money ,what a shame !“

“I've been calling locations to see what TinyTan toy they have in because I'm trying to collect a full set. When the toy run first started, I was inexperienced and made the mistake of asking which toy number this location had. Thought it was one I needed, but when I got there it turned out to be Minecraft. Since then I've been specifically asking about the TinyTan line. Today when I called, it was the first time I was asked which ones I was looking for. They found both and put them aside for me. Almost let me walk away without paying, but I let them know and paid. This was also the only time in the run that I bought the toy only without the Happy Meal. Thank you for helping me complete the set, it made my day!“

“I usually go during the night/graveyard shift through the drive thru and find the staff to be really nice. It's not as stressful if i need a second to decide if i haven't already. It is a bit seedy nearby but it's probably from it being the only thing open 24 hours aside from a couple other places there.
Sprite is always crispy. Fries always hot and salty. Nuggets almost always perfect, I have gotten a couple dry ones but that's fast food.
Tried the new Mt Mcdonaldland shake. Not for me as it tastes like raspberry fluoride toothpaste but i know some people will like it. Still nice and cold and that classic Ice Cream. I'll stick with the chocolate shake.

“I have never encountered such a kind employee at McDonald’s before. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but the young white male staff was extremely friendly. When I accidentally spilled my drink and apologized, he smiled warmly, assured me it was no problem, cleaned it up quickly, and even offered me a fresh drink. Thanks to him, I was able to start my day on a cheerful note. The female indian staff member wearing glasses was also very kind.“

“The radio was playing and it was terribly statically you could barely hear the music when I asked the worker to either tune in the music 🎶 or just shut it off.they replied saying that they weren't allowed to shut it off and couldn't get it to come in any better I felt like I was being chumped and they were being a smart ass so we left“

“I orderd, so im not rating what didn't matter, but whoever made the large fries and two McDoubles probably half an hour ago, absolute perfection, the fries have never been this crispy but soft, and the burgers weren't messy, I love it. But whenever I go in the place yall have flys flying around, bit annoying. And they gave napkins every time. Honestly whoever made the fries i kinda want to give a big ole hug, maybe a lil kissy, hey. Don't take that into a weird way“
