“Amazing views & quiet area. Food is extremely tasty and delicious, but be prepared to spend a bit more $$$ (although I'd say it's worth it). Portions are a decent size for the most part, but don't expect to over eat here at all.“

“The best of the best! All 6 of us were blown away by the various appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The place merits a James Beard award. Waitstaff was amazing, too! One of my five best meals ever! Dining outdoors surrounded by a billion flowers was fun too. A most memorable experience. Shane and Gia were most attentive, informative and also memorable. Certain members of our party may need to consider attending Platelickers Anonymous meetings now.

Edit: 13 hours after our delicious dinner, we all returned for a 5 star high tea! We were greeted by the incomparable Shane and seated once again at the beautiful outdoor table we'd enjoyed the previous night. Our server Pilar was impeccably helpful and attentive. All 6 of us felt we'd enjoyed an extended perfect moment, relieved of our usual cares and travails. Thanks again!“

“The assorted tempura is magic. They use thick pieces of veg and must double fry it because it is very substantial. It is so deliciously dense that if the Circle K was being robbed, I could throw my tempura like ninja stars at the bad guys to knock them out. Then hopefully get another container of it because it’s so good.“

“We arrived on a Sunday at 1pm, were able to park within 100meters of the location, there was two people ahead of us in line and we were seated inside within about 5 minutes. The staff greeted us with warmth and easy smiles into an atmosphere that was cute and intimate. The menu was somewhat challenging to decide from as every item was very compelling and a refreshing twist from tradition. However, I am a sucker for Shakshuka, my wife couldn't get past the banana bread french toast. The wait for the food tested the patience of most but in good company and pleasant atmosphere it was not that challenging and well worth the wait. The food that arrived was truly delicious, immaculately spiced, legitimate epicurian delight. Real fusion yet considerate to the structure of a dish. The price was very fair. We will go back and I am excited to bring others to share the experience.“

“This was my first visit to this gem of a Thai restaurant in Langford just at the corner of Jacklin and Goldstream. We were lucky to get a table for 5 almost immediately without a reservation, considering it was a Thursday around 6:00pm.
Two of us ordered the Thai beers and they were good if not better than our Canadian Pilsner’s and lagers. There were a few specials but most of us chose to order from the extensive main menu. It seemed like no time at all before our steaming hot plates of food arrived. It was delicious and even the rice noodles, were so yummy.
We were too stuffed for dessert but I will return. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice as well. Kudos to our server, Stephanie, who was right there for our orders, our drinks, water, food, then the bill. All restaurants should take note of how to make a customer happy!“

“Always come here at the end of the night for their Happy Hour with the guys. Always get the Big Dipper with a salad. Such a great deal and the quality is always great. There was a short period of time back in 2021 where it dipped but since then we have always been satisfied when we go here!“
