“We visited La Trattoria in Maple Ridge yesterday to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly lovely experience.
The place is unexpectedly cozy and very pleasant — both visually and for conversation. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, with soft background music that doesn’t interfere with talking at all, which we really appreciated.
We didn’t order a lot of food, but everything we tried was absolutely delicious. From what we understood, the food is very much home-style Italian — beautifully presented, comforting, and full of flavor.
It was a Thursday evening and the restaurant was almost empty, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves — a rare and very enjoyable feeling.
The service was excellent. Special thanks to our waitress Natalie for making our evening so pleasant and memorable.

“We’ve had two amazing dinners here…the attentive, knowledgeable small staff took great care of us, giving great suggestions from their specials and small menu. Our entire meal was some of the best food we’ve had in the area. Their menu changes seasonally, and we’ve yet to be disappointed. I’m surprised it’s not rated higher. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to eat here! It’s small, I would make a reservation on the weekend.“

Real food (finally!) and real ingredients, prepared with love. I know they have worked on perfecting the crust and it was everything I hoped for. “I love to come here with my family for big get togethers. The team is always amazing at handling 8 person plus tables. Yesterday we had Aiden as our server and he was really excellent. My grandma accidentally ordered something too spicy for her and Aiden was nice enough to offer to remake the dish to her tastes. “A small local pizza place where the staff/manager will take time out of their day to sit down and have a conversation with you. They have a bar and some really good food. We got the cheese bomb (with honey and chilli) and a margarita pizza. Unfortunately we were driving so we opted out of liquor (but they did have Coke Zero!). But this is local to me and my friends so we’re definitely coming back for sure.“

“Wife and I visited here for lunch on a weekday. Food here was really good, service was good but the atmosphere and look of restaurant was not. Old looking furniture inside and dirty windows with spiders really threw me off while dinning there. I would try this place again, but will try take out instead. Really hope owners do a renovation because like I said the food was good!“
