“Was given THE yummiest golden mylk turmeric tea. She asked how spicy I wanted it. Which I've never been asked before. I felt like I entered another world in this magical little space. I spoke to the owner for a bit. She was lovely and knowledgeable. Felt like I received a mini well-being consult! It has been added to my "must go to" list when I'm on Salt Spring. I've told so many of my friends about it. Morningside is more than a shop or cafe- it's an experience. Much love to you, Manon.“

“Sushi 2 Go is our go-to when we want a fast, affordable lunch in town. Staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad roll!
Vegetarian options: The Teriyaki Tofu bowl is a go to for us, I've never had an issue finding vegetarian/vegan options here!“
