“Have just entered the Tim Hortens in Merritt, BC. What a spectacular renovation. Just amazing. One cannot take one's eyes off such a beautiful job. Tastefully done. Greeted with a cheerful smile from the female employee who took our order. Later, another employee, "Jen". Will certainly return for a morning coffee. Wayne & Josie. Cheers to owner, Nick. Grand reno! Would like to make one comment that was shared by other patrons, really miss the cozy "fireplace" that, personally, added a distinctive feature. Would it be possible, perhaps to put an imitation fireplace in the corner. I notice there is quite the room for one! It would add cozyness to the place.“

We popped in on a quick road trip to the Lower Mainland. Only had coffees.
The bathroom was atrocious. One toilet broken, water all over the stall and the only other toilet was quite nicely sprayed with excrement.
The staff are way too hurried so no real CSR interaction at that location. Super busy, with some serious wait times. Staff handled it like pros!
Management needs to throw these guys a bone and provide some support, it is slipping into chaos.“
