“Im a big soup person , and The Penny has THE BEST soup ! I had the veggie minestrone and it was the best soup I've had in my life. honestly, watch out olive garden... you got some serious competition! very friendly service as well ! and with a great price is always a plus. 11/10 would recommend 👌“
“Had a very fantastic experience today at this coffee shop. I really wanted a drink that I saw a photo of from 2 years ago on the reviews, the girl there re created it for me perfectly. She had fantastic customer service. They didn't have drip coffee so close to closing so she recommended the americano for the same price to compensate. Super friendly and added a goodie since it was end of the day. She really made our evening! Drinks were delicious but her service was the cherry on top :)“

“Took the in-laws here. Sandwiches were excellent. Filling and tasty. Staff was friendly. Line moved fast. Comfortable seating. It was a hot day and it could have been cooler in the dining area. Also, a bit loud for the seniors we were with. I would definitely eat here again.“

“I was taken here for my birthday and LOVED it! They even accommodated my allergies so I could enjoy high tea with my friends. This first positive experience is what led me to take my mom here for HER birthday, and it was another great experience. Fantastic staff, beautiful place and wonderful food. We will be back.“

“Great spot! The guy that was working yesterday afternoon was really helpful and friendly. I asked him what his favourite thing was and he recommended the lemon blueberry scone. It was the best scone I ever had! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and delicious baked goods. It was our first time to the shop and we will definitely be back again soon :)“

“Oldhand coffee was a breath of fresh air for the business community of Abbotsford when it opened a few years ago. It is and will always be my favorite space to be in for a visit with a loved one or for a day of applying to jobs online (or a first date haha). The owners and staff are all kind and knowledgeable. “I've been reading other reviews saying how the samosas are "not good". In my experience, every samosa I've ordered has been great. Crunchy and flaky, with tasty filling. Always hot and tastes fresh enough. I think ill be buying them more often, and if I receive a bad samosa then I will update my review.Amazing price by the way. I ate lunch today for 3 bucks. Now I'm craving more and may order some for dinner.“

“How could you not give 5 stars to my favorite place to shop ever! Yes my wife works there but forget that little detail. This place has new owners who are just as amazing as Nick was. I couldn't love the staff any more they are beautiful humans. And I don't like people that much! 10/10 Keep it up!“
