“came to this bistro for the first time on March 22, 2025 for a surprise 70th birthday for a family member. Found the setting comfortable, the staff knowledgeable, friendly and the service top notch. Ordered the platter for two and it was so good, the calamari was the best!! Our table numbered 15 people and all food arrived hot and all family was eating at the same time. This bistro is amazing!! As we travel to Gabriola Island fairly often, we will be stopping here for dinner again!!“

“I have visited this location multiple times in past primarily for their wholesome vegetarian options. Initially I regarded it as a quick service establishment but my recent experience with one of their employees has elevated my perception of the place. Monika with whom I recently interacted was warm, friendly and very kind. It was early hours of the morning. She genuinely took the time to walk me through the combinations that suited my tastes. I returned the second time and was delighted to see Monika again. Now I look forward to my third visit. It's refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about their customers and are eager to elevate their experience.
