The staff here are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely serious about their work. Every time I come, they handle everything with care, great attitude, and consistent quality.

Among all the locations I’ve been to, this one is by far the best. If you want to try Oppa at its highest standard, Richmond is definitely the place to go.

“We phoned yesterday, made a reservation for a birthday dinner today at 5:30 PM, confirmed verbally on the phone. We showed up at 5:30 PM and they turned us away, saying they had no reservation. We showed them the phone number that we phoned yesterday to make the reservation. The phone number was on our phone, confirming that a phone call had been made. We recounted to them the conversation, including the discussion about the fact that it was a birthday and reminded them of the discussion about having a dessert with candles. Nobody recalled the conversation and we had to leave because they were fully booked. they tried to assert that our reservation had been for the previous day and that she even recalled serving a woman yesterday with the same name, a birthday.“

“I stopped by Sunday morning for takeout and the place was extremely busy it’s a small restaurant, so space fills up fast. While waiting, I witnessed a girl arguing with a server about her table and order. She came across very entitled and completely dismissive of how hard the staff were working during a rush. It was uncomfortable to watch, especially since the team was doing their best in such a tight space.
Huge respect to the servers for staying calm and professional. They handled the situation with way more patience than most people would.
I’m a regular here and this restaurant is truly a gem. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are always worth coming back for. I just hope they don’t have to deal with customers like that too often.
P.S. My takeaway order was amazing as always, and the service was still warm and friendly despite the chaos.“

“We recently came here to celebrate my cousin’s 23rd birthday and had such an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy, which immediately set the tone for a great night.

The food was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The salmon and the rigatoni were definite highlights of the evening—both dishes were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious.

“This place is a jewel!! I’ve been to many Greek restaurants in Vancouver and hands down this is now my favs!! You can taste the high quality ingredients in every bite. We ordered Lamb -chops - to die for!! The Platter with Pita- fresh, fresh, fresh! Saganaki- I’ve never had better!! For dessert a simple yet delicious yogurt with sour cherry jam- hit the spot! I found out it’s a family run business with the mom in the kitchen!! It all made sense why it was fresh, authentic and made with love! A must to try!“

“Went here for dinner with a friend, and we managed to make it for happy hour. The happy hour menu was small, but they had good deals.
I am gluten-free, and they had a decent amount of stuff i could order and eat. Including gluten-free spanakopota, which was absolutely delicious. They did have gluten-free dips, but no real options to have with it. I asked if they had veggies, and they gave me some cut up cucumbers to have with it, so that worked out in a pinch.

We sat on the small patio, that is on the side of the building. It was basic, but nice and quiet.

Good food, good prices, I recommend checking it out.“

I had the chicken souvlaki plate and it was so good, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so satisfying without being heavy. Everything on the plate tasted homemade and full of flavour, from the tender chicken to the crisp salad and rice. The staff are warm and welcoming, and you can tell they care about quality. “My partner and I highly recommend Double DD Pizza. It’s been our most favourite place to go to for food in Kitsilano over the past 5 years. Their home made pizzas are the best. As well as having a HUGE selection of pizzas, they also have many other fantastic Greek dishes. We love the food here, so much so, that we make our way out to this part of Kitsilano often just to go and eat at Double DD. You really gotta try this place! “A great evening dining with my wife Janet at Olympia Pizza on Denman. We come here at least once a visit to Vancouver. The Pizzas here are so good it has become a habit to order them. Tonight we broke our tradition and had a steak dinner (Janet ) and Moussaka dinner ( Me ) . They were so tasty and had us remembering our stops in Greece on this summer's Mediterranean cruise. Always friendly service and a welcoming manner. We'll be back. 🤠👍“

“Awesome find in Tsawwassen- definitely recommend checking out if you are a Greek food lover! A lot closer if you live south of the Fraser compared to other Greek places in Vancouver or beyond. Roast lamb dinners were delicious. Large portions of meat and sides. The potatoes were super lemon-y, which I love! We also ordered a dolmathes appetizer which was great.“

“I have been coming here for 35 plus years first with my parents and now with my wife. I always get the roast lamb which I had tonight. I haven’t once been disappointed in 30+visits. It’s so consistently good. The quality you could only get from a family run business. Value is incredible. You get a pound of tender melt in your mouth lamb shoulder with excellent rice potato greek salad and a generous portion of tzatziki. This is my happy place. Please never change. I call my parents and thank them every time I go for taking us as kids.“
