“I don’t usually write reviews but the employee named Erik who works at this location is absolutely fantastic and provided me with excellent customer service. He recommended I try my sandwich grilled which was an amazing idea and will always be getting it grilled from here on out. I’m very happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back to this location. 10/10 for Erik! Great employee.“

“Okay, this is hands down the BEST Nanaimo Subway. The staff are always super friendly, and they actually LISTEN to specifications and preferences! My guy, Patesh (not sure if this is how it is spelled), is the absolute best. I am a regular on Thursdays for my lunch, and he actually remembers my usual order, and makes it to perfection every time! Even my unnecessary need for extra spinach. There's a reason I get it once a week! 5 stars, extra big shout out to Patesh, he seriously rocks.“

“I am an elderly gentleman and once I placed my order and checked for my wallet, I noticed that I had forgotten my wallet at home!
I believe the fellows name that was serving me was, Joht and I told him of my dilemma, he said just to take the two sandwiches home and I could come back with their payment.
I found this to be very trusting, on their part, as they never asked me, for some sort of ID or my name.
These two fellows that operate this particular store are very wonderful fellows!
I will gladly be going back to this store and do business with these two gentlemen, it is a pleasure, to come across two fellows, with honest, caring values!!

“Food prep is great, store is clean, service is perfect. One gripe. So being cheap and watering down your pop machine.. I got a ginger ale with no fizz one day, poured it out, switched it up, same thing. Calibration is waaay off. Feels intended.“
