The service is always polite, there’s plenty of space, and it has that genuine, welcoming feel you don’t find everywhere. Honestly, it’s one of the only places I find myself craving when I’m not in town.“

Night shift people are sooo nice, not constantly cutting me off saying "anything else" ? like maybe let me finish?
Also the fact they dgaf about how many mayo packets they give ? morning ppl only give us two meanwhile nights they give us a heaping handful. Also napkins??? Why do they only give us like two napkins morning time but night time again... heaping handful

“Food is always hot.No screw ups with our orders. Son always gets plain cheeseburgers.This is a tricky order at some other places.Staff always friendly.Maybe waited 5 mins. Big deal. “we were heading towards tofino and had a quick stop at wendy’s. this is the first in couple years that food was upto the mark. Really great service by Deep and also looking for cleanliness. All other locations should have this level of great services.“

“My son and I had some time to kill while we waited for another shop to open in this part of the mall. Some times you just need a coffee, apple juice and a couple hash browns… this was just such an occasion. This day it was surprisingly busy for 10am. Lots of dads with their kids. Funny thing is many were wearing funny paper head bands with McDonald’s logos and animal ears. Lots of laughs!

On a side note… I was driving through Nanaimo at 2:30am a week before. I could have kept driving but I was fading fast. I had to find coffee, as my life depended on it. As I am quite fond of McDonald’s coffee, I thought I’d just check too see if Mickey Dee’s was still open. Just my luck! They were open. In fact 24 hours a day?!? Damn.
Well I saw a new burger in the menu so I got that too. Now, I’m not really a fan of McDonald’s fries… but I got them. Now I would have thought that the staff would be grumpy and exhausted. Boy was I wrong. The music was nice and the staff cheerful. And best of all, these were by far the best McDonald’s fries iv ever had! I will definitely hit up McDees in the wee hours of the night in the future!“

“The pizza we ordered today was very tasty and satisfying. If I could, I would give it 6 stars. Has the other pizza restaurants ( our last to pizzas from different restaurants were incredibly poor, mediocre at best) beat by a mile. Very satisfying!!!!!!!!!!! We had tried other pizza joints but they do not compare favourably to Pizza Hut!!!!!!!!“
