“Our second time back at this wonderful Drive In.
We had two burgers, fries and a strawberry milkshake. Just perfect and the burgers are some of the best we have ever had.
Wonderful service and always busy which can only be a great sign.

Night shift people are sooo nice, not constantly cutting me off saying "anything else" ? like maybe let me finish?
Also the fact they dgaf about how many mayo packets they give ? morning ppl only give us two meanwhile nights they give us a heaping handful. Also napkins??? Why do they only give us like two napkins morning time but night time again... heaping handful

“we were heading towards tofino and had a quick stop at wendy’s. this is the first in couple years that food was upto the mark. Really great service by Deep and also looking for cleanliness. All other locations should have this level of great services.“

“Drive thru is very efficient. The people there are polite and nice. Service with a smile ?that goes a long way. Food is average for mcd. Just what you would expect at a McDonald's. This location is my first choice for McDonald's in Port alberni. Lots of seating for eating.“

I couldn’t keep it together goin through your drive through getting them all their burgers to enjoy before they’re no longer with me. This morning I had to do some banking and noticed your restaurant refunded my order and payed for my babies last meal. And I have no words.
