“So happy one opened in Port! Use to have to carry dipping sauces back in my suitcase from Ontario when I visited. Definitely going to be a regular stop when passing through Port Alberni. Great staff and food! ?“

“Walking in i was kinda skeptical. Late at night and every patron but one was on their phones and in large numbers. I got the heaviest pizza on the planet and I didn't regret it. It was fully loaded beyond loaded and pound for pound it may have been the heaviest. I asked around and this place actually came highly recommend by local friends. After I'm done my pizza in the next few days I'll probably go back for something different. Ask for it a little crispy on the bottom. Pardon the picture but like I said it was very late.“

“Best pizza on the North Island. My husband travels for work and pizza is his favourite food. The Whole 10 Yards was fantastic!! It must have weighed 8 pounds and was JAMMED full of toppings. No tiny unidentifiable bit like other places. Big pieces of meat and these Italian Sausage pieces!!! Lots of olives and green pepper and onion. The best part was the sauce!!!! It had minced ground beef and the perfect spices. No soggy crust either. I swear it brought tears to my eyes because it was the first sauce that reminded me of the old school places back home. Try it!!!!“

“We ordered delivery this Saturday evening. It was a very windy, blustery rainy night but regardless the delivery driver was so pleasant and sweet. We had the vegetarian lasagna and the baked fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp and veggies added. Both exceeded our expectations for being from a pizza joint. The veggies tasted fresh. I added a bit of fresh squeezed lemon and pepper to the shrimp Alfredo and honestly it tasted like it was from a fancy restaurant. The portions are huge so we will both have enough leftovers for an entire meal tomorrow. This is not our first time ordering and every time has been consistent and good. Highly recommend!“

“Normally we have good experiences at Papa Johns. Monday night was a different experience though. We ordered 5 large pizzas, breadsticks and two orders of 16 wings. We were all watching the Stanley cup game and live decently close to Papa Johns so our teens walked to grab the food during the intermission. When they got back after waiting a really long time we realized that the orders of the wings were both parmesan garlic, which normally I wouldn’t care or even complain about but one of the kids is allergic to dairy and cannot have that flavour so we call and let them know and they seemed annoyed, made us bring the wings back to get new ones and didn’t offer any sort of compensation for the hassle of having to go back there and wait again. Even offering us to keep the wings that they messed up on, since I assume they had to throw them out anyways would have been great, or offering to deliver the new wings. Instead they basically said that because the pizzas were on sale it didn’t matter. Which yes the pizzas were a great deal, the wings were not on sale! Like I said, not our normal experience, but it was a bit disappointing.“

“Karleen was super nice and relaxed with us, my friend ordered a pizza and didn’t get what she asked for and she admitted on the spot it wasn’t the cooks it was her and offered a free meal to take home. This was top of the line costumer service to be able to handle that with a reply so instantly. She seems sweet! Cheers girl I loved my bugs and cheese ❤“
