“Great pizza here! Fresh ingredients and delicious crust. The mega thick crust is also thin but slightly thicker than tortilla thin. So many varieties and options for base sauce, cheeses, toppings, meat, spices and sauces.
Service is excellent. The staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. They are community-focused and support local causes and schools as well.
The atmosphere is wonderful. I see all ages here. Comfortable seats, good lighting, and good music (not loud, good taste)

“Does the pizza rival that of one that comes from a wood fired oven in Italy? No… Is it a very legitimate “bar pie” at a very fair price? YES! The pickup special (19.95 for Xlarge) is a deal you just dont see these days. Feeding my family of 3 for $20 sounds like a fairy tale… well worth a tip each visit. Thank you Departure Bay Pizza for serving a reasonable product at a reasonable price.“

“I love this location! They have some of the nicest staff, especially Anjel an all rounder. She was really nice, helped me get my pizza with the best deal and had my order ready as fast as she could even when the store was busy. The pizza was delicious with all the toppings perfectly balanced. Very impressed. I’ll definitely be ordering from Domino’s again!“

“Dominos has had some really good promos, and this Dominos is great having the order ready on time and the pizzas look and taste great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

“Tried the Nanaimo pizza it was very good lots of toppings....very delicious I will be back for pizza...ordered cheesy bread ....very disappointed I could not tast or barely see any cheese....15 dollars for basically pizza crust with tomato dipping sauce...it takes more than a splash of parmesan to call cheese bread“

“Honestly one of my favourite pizza places. The prices are pretty reasonable, and the quality is way better than you’d expect. The stuffed crust is so good. The new pan pizzas are my favourite—the crispy cheese on the bottom makes them so flavourful. The sauces and sides are amazing too. Staff are always friendly and the service is super fast. Definitely worth trying!“

“I love the Jingle Pot Pub. The food and drinks are pretty average but the service goes way beyond average. Sherry is a fantastic server and an integral part of this establishment. She always greets us with a warm welcome and provides outstanding service. My husband comes with his hockey buddies and I go with my girlfriend. We all love Sherry. She has a great sense of humor and an incredible memory. I highly recommend visiting for a great atmosphere!“

“delicious pizza, they’re special of the day is often very creative and tasty. I have not had a bad slice and I’ve had many slices at this shop. The staff are always friendly and their service is quick and efficient. Not only are they great for stopping in for a slice but I’ve also bought full pizza pies and always delicious. I’m a big fan of their pepperoni because there’s lots of pepperoni on the pizza. Lots of other places, cut stuff up so small and make it just blah, but this place knows how to do it right.“
