“La Stella catered our wedding on September 21st of this year and they were out of this world! Jacob, made us a custom, all vegetarian menu of various pizzas, including gluten-free and vegan options as well as a delicious vegetarian kale caesar salad for a 90 person wedding. He invested in additional hot bags so that he could deliver that many pizzas as hot as possible, as the venue was 45 minutes away from the restaurant. He cut the pizzas fresh and had them labeled with ingredients for ease. He dressed the salad with freshly grated parmasean at the venue itself. He kept the croutons separate for anyone who had gluten allergies. He went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special!

I wish I had gotten his name because customer service is never like that he was second to none I have to say! “Yes, it was a Tuesday. Pasta night, although that wasn't deliberate, it was a birthday. There was one waitress, and she was incredible, but woefully incapable of handling a whole restaurant (who could).
Whatever you do, don't have the carbonara. I could have used a straw to drink the sauce. Perhaps the kitchen watered it down, I have no idea, but I didn't have the heart to complain.
My fellow diners said the lasagna was very good. But still, it's a restaurant I've been visiting for years now, and standards were always very high.
Oh, and beware the rude man who answers the phone if you're trying to reserve a table in the morning. Apparently, he doesn't work there. You have to talk to the Host, if that person is available. If not, you're out of luck. Perhaps go elsewhere, I don't know. But frankly, he didn't seem to care one way or another.
Usually, I wouldn't complain. But it rather took the edge off an evening with a lady who had turned a tidy 77.“

“There was a mix-up with ordering on the app and my order got sent to a different location in another city. That faraway Fresh slice wouldn't refund me, and I felt distressed about not receiving any dinner to bring home. Our Nanaimo Bowen Fresh Slice manager and staff were very kind, extra helpful, and understanding of the mix-up, and they made us a duplicate order on the spot. Thank you from a poor university student family, we wouldn't have been able to pay double, and you helped us out tonight. You've earned loyal customers from all of us.“

“Good food excellent service after working there for 2 weeks i quit after seeing how the food is prepared in the back is disgusting. Dirty dishes with the food every one is handling the food no gloves or any thing. Owner ripping off his employees. Place is a real letdown hopefully all pizza places are not the same. “Based on over 50 trials (much more than that, 50 is a conservative certainty), I can say this; the Little Ceaser’s location on Bowen cuts the pie all the way through. This full cut of the pie makes for a very satisfying pizza experience. I had ONE ☝️ hot and ready that wasn’t quite cut all the way through, no big deal. Super duper friendly staff. The hot and ready is definitely the most cost effective way to fill up in these times. Thank you Little Ceaser’s.“

“We ordered 25 pizzas for a school group traveling through to the ferry. This Pizza Hut had all of the food warm and ready to go for us - the pick up could not have been more efficient and smooth. The staff were accommodating and communicative. What a win!“
