I absolutely love OPA! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and prepared to perfection every time. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and greet customers with a smile, which makes each visit a pleasure. The warm atmosphere and exceptional customer service keeps me coming back. I highly recommend OPA to anyone looking for great food and an even better experience.
I have always been happy with the service and food however I did find a hard piece of shell in my falafel once and when I spoke with the manager he apologized and gave me a free order. Also last night I didn’t receive my order and again the manager was totally apologetic and he personally delivered me another order and it was delicious.
