Fish soup base is well seasoned, not overly salty and have hint of fish (unami?). Not too much MSG. The drink is included with the price. 3 large slices of lemon. Very hot soup and lemon water. The soup temperature remains hot until the last bit of the meal. I like the way they tie the tofu bands (腐竹) into a knot?I felt like I had a lot of veggies and meat too!
