Another one of these build your own pot place. Slightly higher price point than others. More precious ingredients that you don't see at other places (pea tips, frogs legs, fish puffs, stuffed tofu..etc). I do find the soup base didn't stand out. Or could be because I asked for less spicy and hence the laksa soup isn't very flavourful. The pepper sour cabbage soup was good, but not very peppery - but also could be the fact that we asked for less spicy. Overall, good experience....read full review
Deer One Hotpot is very well organized, both from seating, to lining up and receiving our food.
Quality is top notch for malatang, and offers some less typical ingredients such as beef spleen, frog legs etc.

The manager was very kind and helpful. Our group of friends was chatting outside the restaurant after they closed and the manager stuck around to let us know the parkade door may lock us out. Great service inside and outside the restaurant! We will be coming back!
