“We ordered takeout for breakfast, and everything was fresh and delicious. We had the char siu rice roll, the rice roll with fried dough (youtiao), and a bowl of congee.
The rice rolls were made fresh to order, with a soft, silky texture. The char siu rice roll was especially impressive! It was generously filled with char siu in every bite. The rice roll with fried dough had a nice contrast between the smooth rice wrapper and the crispy youtiao inside. The congee was hot, comforting, and the perfect addition to the meal.
Overall, the food was excellent, the portions were satisfying, and you could really taste the freshness. We’d definitely order takeout from here again for breakfast.“

“Update 2025. I was there just after opening at 9AM, line up already.
During the past few years, there’s been some changes, not exactly sure of the scope of change but probably involves staff and mode of operation.
I find it impossible to phone in order ahead of time, so one must go through the line-up process, the wait can become very long.
I also find the quality of cooking a little different, still good but somehow not as delicious as before, most likely cooks/cooking method changed.
I ordered a breakfast with vermicelli, my vermicelli was ready about 5 minutes before my eggs were ready, so they were close to being cold when the eggs were done. The eggs were overcooked, I did not ask for it that way.
Prices have gone up so deals are not so great but still a bargain, breakfast went up about 50-60%.
Still a very convenient and comfortable dining experience. But watch out for the long lineups. Enjoy.
2020 Great Milk Tea!!!!!! Great Prices. Best deal in Richmond. Food quality quite good.“
“Tin Tin Kitchen offers an exceptional dining experience with their excellent baked spaghetti with meat sauce—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Pair it with their outstanding Hong Kong milk tea, which is creamy, aromatic, and truly satisfying. The combination of delicious food and delightful drinks makes Tin Tin Kitchen a must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable meal.“

“Hong Kong style version of the “pay by weight” hotpot restaurants. Their soup bases are good but not as flavourful as some of the other restaurants. I will say their selection of ingredients is quite extensive and nice. There were items I haven’t seen elsewhere. They also have a nice variety for dessert options (included). Would come back.
I will say that we went during slower hours and there were less people, and it was awkward feeling like their staff was standing nearby just watching us eat. I understand maybe it’s for service but it felt uncomfortable at the same time.“
