“Honestly I've seen people's posts from before and disappointed that they didn't enjoy the experience. Whatever has changed since last year I personally found the sushi well made the miso soup nice and hot with good flavor. The roll was fresh with perfect texture and surprisingly good flavoring as well. I was also appreciative of how kind the worker was and would highly recommend coming here as the prices are very good for what you get. You deserve this 5 star!“

“Crystal Cafe food and service is very good, but the underground parkade in Crystal Mall is paid parking with poor ventilation that activated my carbon monoxide detector in the car. Since it’s poisonous gas I emailed the Burnaby Fire Department they responded to dial 911 when it happens again.“

“Great place, creative and fresh dishes. Honestly out of all the vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to in the VMA it is probably top 3. Not super pricey, reasonable price. Great service, polite people. The restaurant itself looks very nice as well, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely worth a try, highly recommend.“

“We had my mother's 80th celebration catered by Eat Heritage, looking for a Chinese traditional feast-type ambience, and the food didn't disappoint. Everybody had favourites, but the duck went especially quickly, and the kids dug into the fully loaded fried rice and veggie spring rolls. Me, I was all about the black sesame balls which people appreciated despite having to eat them as dessert when they were already stuffed. We had a nice mix of vegetarian and meatlover dishes with leftovers divvied up after the celebration. Completely happy with the catering service!“

“Yummy Japanese food😋 Reasonable prices. The pork (Kakuni) was so tender and well-marinated. Personally, I would have preferred a slightly stronger teriyaki flavor, but I think the current taste appeals to a wider audience. If you're craving Japanese food, I definitely recommend this place!“

“We had a great experience at Platinum Pizza! The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We also really enjoyed the lunch service; everything was quick, well-organized, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to.“

“I ordered crispy kare-kare and my wife settled for seafood pasta. The serving although we ordered solo, can feed two people. I would say that I loved the crispy kare-kare and my wife was happy with her pasta. The owner and other staff are so warm and you can feel Filipino vibes as soon as you enter the restaurant (we went to Kingsway branch). Keep it up!“
