“Enjoyed fresh & tasty vanilla cream donuts at the Steveston location last week. The dough was moist and not greasy or too sweet like some donuts, and there was a decent amount of cream filling. I only wish the vanilla cream tasted more like natural vanilla (it had a bit of an artificial/chemical taste). The service was fast and the place looked new & spotless. It’s a lovely area where you can sit and indulge in a box of donuts on a bench overlooking the river.“

“Hello, we went to Sprinkles Gelato today and I will have to say the food was absolutely awful. I mean I got myself the Kinder Bueno cookie, My daughter and son got the chocoalate, banana and oreo pancake my sons was well made but my daughter was not, she let me try some after saying it was like she was chewing a piece of gum? She let me try some and I could not agree more! back to the cookie i had it was very mushy and as my daughter said it tasted like the word old. There were also only 3 people and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We will not be coming here again“

“If you like filled donuts, this is a great place to visit. Tiramisu, Lemon Curd, Chocolate Pudding, PB and J and Hazelnut are a few of our favorites.“

“My love for JJBean coffee just got better with Neate Donuts. Found this hidden gem while at a meeting across the street at the Guinness Tower.

Service was fast and friendly. Donuts were
amazingly fresh and soft. Going to be hanging out at Neate instead of JJBean on Alberni & Bute. Only because now there’s these amazing yeast donuts. 😋👍⭐️“

“The donuts are on the acceptable level of sweetness that will not give you a toothache. I tried all 9 flavours they have and I love the matcha and pistachio flavours. I left the box out on the counter for overnight because I was worried they’ll hardened if I put them on the fridge like the other donuts but they end up too soft. Then I placed them in the fridge and they’re fine like how I bought them. I will come back for sure.“

“was buying starbucks' true north blonde roast for awhile. my place of work brews the veranda blend where i got introduced to light roast coffee. had no idea blonde roast even existed to be honest. noticed 49th parallel had a light roast variety of their own. bought a bag of epic espresso just to sample it but i keep coming back for more. excellent coffee and my new favorite ! ☕“

“Woke up too early due to jet lag and happy to find a cafe just across the street which is open with lots of fresh bakes. I can’t say they have the best coffee or bakes and customer service (not rude, just not overly friendly like some other places, which is perfectly ok for me) but it is a nice comfy spot to chill before dawn breaks.“
