My son’s keep changing their orders when ordering in the store. he managed to work with us professionally and patiently to settle our orders. “Hello, we went to Sprinkles Gelato today and I will have to say the food was absolutely awful. I mean I got myself the Kinder Bueno cookie, My daughter and son got the chocoalate, banana and oreo pancake my sons was well made but my daughter was not, she let me try some after saying it was like she was chewing a piece of gum? She let me try some and I could not agree more! back to the cookie i had it was very mushy and as my daughter said it tasted like the word old. There were also only 3 people and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We will not be coming here again“

“I was given a gift card to Breka. I've never been to or ordered from one, so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I walked up to look at the display case, I was immediately asked what I wanted but I hadn't decided. So service was quick. I had a chicken apricot sandwich and decaf. Everything went smoothly until I went to look for a seat. For some reason there were a ton of crumbs on the bench. It was weird since there was clearly a person wiping down tables...perhaps they wiped it onto the bench? Other than that the decaf was much better than I had expected and the chicken apricot sandwich was delicious.“

“I recently visited and ordered an lced Capp and potato wedges. Mandeep took my order and provided excellent service. She was friendly, quick and efficient. The lced Capp was refreshing, and the wedges were
hot and crispy. Great job by Mandeep for making the experience smooth and pleasant!“

“As someone from Berlin, I was curious to see what a Berliner would taste like in Canada. The one I tried was pretty good — not too sweet. I particularly liked the filling, but a traditional Berliner is slightly fluffier. The flat white was also excellent.“

“The donuts are on the acceptable level of sweetness that will not give you a toothache. I tried all 9 flavours they have and I love the matcha and pistachio flavours. I left the box out on the counter for overnight because I was worried they’ll hardened if I put them on the fridge like the other donuts but they end up too soft. Then I placed them in the fridge and they’re fine like how I bought them. I will come back for sure.“

“Extremely busy but didn’t take too long to get drink. I ordered a bacon apple fritter and 2 croissants. I haven’t had the croissants yet but I was a little disappointed by the fritter. They are my fav doughnut so I had to try one. There was negligible apple. Maybe 2 small pieces on the bottom, so no apple flavour at all. This was the biggest disappointment. It wasn’t too sweet and the chew was great but it really is just a plain doughnut with a couple pieces of bacon. The cappuccino however was good so didn’t make it a total loss“

“was buying starbucks' true north blonde roast for awhile. my place of work brews the veranda blend where i got introduced to light roast coffee. had no idea blonde roast even existed to be honest. noticed 49th parallel had a light roast variety of their own. bought a bag of epic espresso just to sample it but i keep coming back for more. excellent coffee and my new favorite ! ☕“

The staff were super friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared perfectly. The coffee was fresh and delicious as always, and the donuts were soft and tasty. The location was clean and had a comfortable seating area. It’s the perfect spot for a quick bite or a relaxing coffee break. Highly recommend!“

“I have been very happy with this location,
Most mornings at five am always greeted with smiles aswell hand bumps.
Most days I view the staff as very well organized .
Acouple of power down mornings
I've seen staff of two work so fast as for line ups past the front door .

The only concern i have. With this location
Is the staff are not allowed to gain tips.
This is the only location I've noted this in Canada which I've drove twice this year.
This is the most expensive city in our country. I believe the staff here would greatly appreciate tips like the rest of
Tim Hortons team in our country.

“They do a decent job. Never screwed up an order. Although no one seems to know how to spread cream cheese on a bagel anymore as they just squeeze it so half the cheese is bursting out of the bagel hole (not just this tims). Staff are friendly.“

“An oasis of familiarity in a sea of car dealerships and faceless office blocks. And earls, but I do repeat myself. Be prepared for such conveniences as chairs and washrooms! Avail yourself of their several power outlets for your hungry pocket appliances. And have an old fashioned plain for me.“
